About Me

Faye Keyte is a fully trained and qualified McTimoney-Corley Equine Spinal Therapist based in Lincolnshire.

Prior to the McTimoney-Corley training she graduated from the University of Lincoln with a BSc Honours Degree in Equine Science.

Thanks to the excellent degree programme Faye has an extensive knowledge of a multitude of subjects relating to the modern performance horse. The degree heavily focused on areas such as anatomy, biomechanics, exercise physiology, biochemistry and nutrition to name but a few.

Faye’s work on her dissertation led to an exclusive position researching on a combined project between the University of Lincoln and Dodson & Horrell.

The dissertation formed the basis for the research and also led to her first paper being published in the Equine Veterinary Journal (Neville R, Hollands T and Keyte F (2004).

She continued with this position until she completed her training from the McTimoney-Corley course.

Faye also has an HND in Animal Behaviour Science which complements and broadens her scientific knowledge from her degree.

Faye’s main passion is anatomy and biomechanics and she wanted to apply her knowledge into helping horses so she chose to pursue a career as a McTimoney-Corley Spinal Therapist.

Since graduating from the McTimoney-Corley course Faye has enjoyed great successes working with a range of horses and ponies from Grand Prix level dressage horses to Pony Club ponies and everything in between!
