Under the Veterinary Surgeons Act it is a legal requirement that veterinary permission is sought before your horse/pony can be treated. This normally involves a courtesy call to your practice to obtain permission for me to come out and treat, although on occasion your vet may wish to assess the horse first.

Please note if your vet requests a report of the treatment I am more than happy to provide this. McTimoney-Corley therapists work in conjunction with your vet, not aside from them.
